Challenge: Using AI in management in a structured way

Ausbildung.de had already worked intensively on the possibilities of artificial intelligence in companies. Individual teams have already experimented with AI tools, for example in marketing or when creating custom GPTs. However, there was no overarching structure for the strategic use of AI.

Although licenses were available for various AI applications, their use was not clearly regulated and responsibilities within the company had not yet been defined. At the same time, management recognized that for a successful AI transformation, they first had to deepen their understanding of technologies such as large language models (LLMs), prompting and AI use cases.

The goal was therefore practical AI training for the C-level team. In addition to theoretical principles, the program should in particular develop specific use cases for everyday management and show how AI can be used strategically in companies.

AI learning journey: Practice-oriented AI training for management

Together with Ausbildung.de, we have a modular AI learning journey developed that combines training, coaching and practical application. The aim is to provide managers with the necessary knowledge to actively integrate AI into their work processes and drive AI projects forward in the company.

The first workshop focuses on building practical AI user knowledge. Participants learn how to use AI tools for word processing, research, presentation creation, and image and video generation. In addition to the basics of large language models, they also train the effective use of prompt engineering.

The second workshop focuses on the strategic use of AI in management. The participants develop specific AI use cases, evaluate AI projects in a structured way and discuss important governance and regulatory aspects. In addition, fitness checks are used, which enable participants to systematically reflect on their level of knowledge and skills in using AI.

The combination of workshops, coaching and practical implementation creates a learning format that adapts flexibly to the needs of managers and at the same time builds up sustainable AI skills.

Outcome: The path to becoming an AI-first company

With the AI learning journey, Ausbildung.de is specifically expanding existing knowledge in management and creating the basis for sustainable AI transformation. Managers learn to use AI tools specifically for their daily tasks and to develop specific AI use cases for the company.

In addition to training, the first practical solutions are already being developed. This includes a custom GPT for management, which provides structured support for decision-making processes, for example with budget planning, personnel decisions or strategic issues.

In the next step, the AI learning journey will be extended to other areas of the company. New modules provide basic knowledge about AI, promote the development of their own use cases and help teams integrate AI into their work processes.

Step by step, Ausbildung.de is becoming an AI-first company in which artificial intelligence is not only used as a tool but as a strategic part of corporate development.
“The AI learning journey is not a one-off workshop, but a continuous format with which we build up AI competencies in the company step by step.”
